Create a free account at slams.app/register. Then you can create a new competition or tournament, choose the format and publish the registration form. Players sign up via your club page.

Yes. Clubs can create multiple competitions for different levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced). On the events page you see the level for each competition.

That depends on the rules of the organizing club. Contact the club via the club page if you want to unregister.
