1. Who are we?
Slams.app is a SaaS platform for padel and tennis clubs, developed and operated by Slams B.V., based in the Netherlands. For questions about this privacy policy you can reach us at support@slams.app.
2. What data do we collect?
We collect the following personal data:
- Name and email address (at registration)
- Club name and contact details of administrators
- Match results and player ratings entered by clubs
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type (via Vercel hosting)
- Anonymised usage statistics and, only with your consent, session recordings to improve usability
3. What do we use your data for?
- Providing and improving the Slams platform
- Sending transactional emails (login links, notifications)
- Billing via Stripe and Mollie
- Customer service and support
4. Do we share your data?
We share personal data only with processors that are necessary to deliver the service:
- Supabase: database and authentication (EU region)
- Vercel: hosting and cookie-free visit statistics (Vercel Analytics)
- Simple Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free website statistics (EU)
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps, only after your consent and with entered data masked
- Stripe: subscription payments
- Mollie: entry-fee processing for clubs
We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as your account is active or as long as necessary for legal obligations. After an account is deleted, data is removed within 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Send a request to support@slams.app. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and analytics
Functional cookies are always active and necessary for the platform to work (such as session authentication).
For website statistics we use cookie-free, privacy-friendly tools (Simple Analytics and Vercel Analytics) that store no personal data in cookies.
For session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity) we ask for your consent in advance. These are only loaded after you give it, entered text is masked, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
We use no advertising cookies and sell no data to third parties.
