Frequently asked questions
You create an academy account and add your offering in the dashboard: lesson, clinic or workshop, with a price, duration and capacity. It appears instantly on your public academy page on slams.app.
Clubs and players can send a contact request from your academy page. You receive every request in your dashboard and by email. There is nothing to manage until an enquiry comes in.
Payments run directly through your connected Stripe or Mollie account. Slams handles the payment flow, but the money goes straight to your own account. You connect this once from the dashboard.
Your academy page is automatically indexed through the Slams sitemap. As soon as you go live, your page is findable on Google without any extra setup. You are also findable through the Slams club finder, filtered as Academy.
Yes. For each offering you decide whether it carries a registration fee. Free lessons and clinics are open right away; paid events run through Mollie.
Slams is not a full scheduling system or CRM. It focuses on visibility, contact requests and registrations. Full lesson planning, subscriptions or a dedicated app are not part of it (yet).
