1. Definitions

  • Slams / We: Slams B.V., provider of the Slams platform via slams.app
  • Customer: the club, academy or organisation that creates a Slams account
  • User: any person who logs in or has access through the platform
  • Platform: the Slams web application including all associated services

2. Applicability

These terms apply to any use of the Slams platform. By creating an account, the customer accepts these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. The service

Slams provides a software platform for managing padel and tennis competitions. We aim for 99.5% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible.

4. Subscription and payment

  • Payment is made monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe
  • In the event of non-payment, access is suspended after 7 days
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance
  • The Start plan (free) can be used with no notice period

5. Cancellation

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are given for unused periods, unless legally required.

6. Data and ownership

All data entered by the customer (players, matches, results) remains the property of the customer. On cancellation, the customer can request an export via support@slams.app. We delete data 30 days after the account is closed.

7. Liability

Slams is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profit. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount the customer paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam. The Dutch version of these terms is legally leading.
