Festival
Format

The only padel tournament mode that runs several levelsat once on shared courts.

The story

One tournament day, multiple levels, no waiting around.

The classic problem: you're organising a padel event for your whole club. Level 6, 7/8 and 9 all want in. But you only have 4 courts. Running them one after another means some players wait 4 hours. Running them in parallel isn't possible: not enough courts.

Festival Format solves it. Each level takes its turn across all the courts. Players are on site at the same time, get rest between rounds, watch each other's matches and grab a drink at the bar. Buzz. A festival vibe. No wrestling with blocks in a spreadsheet.

How it works

Courts switch level every round.

Example: Sunday 30 August, 9:00–14:00, 4 courts

09:00Level 9all 4 courts
09:15Level 7/8all 4 courts
09:30Level 6 and belowall 4 courts
09:45Level 9 (round 2)all 4 courts
10:00Level 7/8 (round 2)all 4 courts
10:15Level 6 and below (round 2)all 4 courts

…and so on until 14:00

🎾

Courts always in use

No empty-court moments. Full use of court time, a higher ROI per hour.

🍻

Rest with momentum

Players don't wait for hours, they're back on court every 30 to 45 minutes. Time for drinks and networking.

πŸ‘€

Everyone watches along

Level 9 players watch level 6 and the other way round. Social cohesion grows.

Who it's for

Fits more occasions than you'd think.

  • Padel clubs with multi-level days

One Saturday, several levels, everyone involved. No more "level 9 at 9am, level 6 at 1pm".

  • Company tournaments

Colleagues of different levels want to play at the same time and network in between. Festival is perfect.

  • Club parties and anniversaries

Padel plus drinks plus everyone on site. The rotating format brings the party feel without the logistical chaos.

  • Sponsor events

Sponsors want to meet every player. With Festival, all levels bump into each other during the breaks.
