Padel for your
business club.

An Americano tournament is the perfect networking format. After two hours you have played and talked with every single participant.

Right for every kind of business club

From Rotary to trade association. Padel works for any networking group.

Rotary clubs

Connect members from different chapters through a shared tournament. More informal than a club dinner, and more memorable too.

Lions clubs

Combine networking with a good cause. Tie the tournament to a fundraiser for a local project.

Trade associations

Bring members from the same sector together on the padel court, more relaxed than a conference and more effective than drinks.

Entrepreneur networks

From BNI to local business associations: padel is the most talked-about sport-networking format of the moment.

Women’s networks

Mix Americano guarantees mixed pairings. Perfect for networks that deliberately want to mix.

Young Management

Informal, easy to join and competitive enough for a younger crowd. Americano or Mexicano work brilliantly here.

Why padel?

The most social sport around right now

  • Always in conversation

You always play padel with a partner, so you communicate constantly. That naturally sparks things to talk about, on and off the court.

  • No barrier for beginners

Anyone can join, even without experience. The format evens out skill gaps because partners change every round.

  • Real results

A final standings board makes the day memorable. People are still talking about it on Monday, unlike an average drinks night.

  • Informal but structured

The matches give structure. The court gives an informal vibe. That combination is what makes networking really work.

The format

Americano: built for networking

In an Americano, partners switch every round. Nobody plays next to the same person twice. By the end of the tournament you have played with almost everyone and had a conversation.

That is unique for a sports format. Golf, tennis or football keep you playing with the same people the whole time. Americano forces variety, and that is exactly where its networking power lies.

How does Americano work? →

Frequently asked questions

Yes. An Americano tournament is one of the most effective formats for networking clubs. Everyone plays with and against everyone, partners switch every round and it works for all levels. By the end you have played and spoken with almost everyone.

An Americano already works well from 8 members up. The ideal group size for a networking tournament is 16 to 24 participants: big enough for plenty of variety in the pairings, small enough to get to know everyone.

No. Padel is easy enough to pick up and play as a beginner. Beginners are automatically paired with more experienced players each round. A short ten-minute warm-up is all it takes.

Through Slams you send a personal registration link to your members. They sign themselves up and the system handles everything automatically. No separate spreadsheet or manual bookkeeping.

Most networking clubs go for one to four times a year. An annual edition is already enough to make it a fixed part of the programme.
