With QR codes per court, you don't have to enter every score yourself as the organizer. You put a QR code on each court, players scan it with their phone and enter their own result. The score counts toward the standings right away. There's no login or app needed: the code in the link is the key.
Which formats does this work for?
Court QR codes are made for the round-based formats where everyone plays on all courts at the same time: King of the Court, Americano, Mexicano and the mix variants. For a tournament, ladder or league, scoring works differently: there you share the score-entry link per match.
One QR per court, the whole session
Each court gets one fixed QR code that keeps working for the entire session. As soon as a player scans it, they see the match currently on that court. After saving, the page refreshes on its own and the next round appears as soon as you generate it. The QR codes follow the court numbers you've set: if you play on courts 2 through 5, you get codes for exactly those courts. Read more at setting up courts.
Generating and printing QR codes
For Americano and Mexicano the codes are created as soon as you generate a round; for King of the Court as soon as you start the session. After that, open the QR codes per court block on the Rounds tab (Americano/Mexicano) or the Session tab (King of the Court). There you'll see all the codes and a button to open an A4 print sheet. Print once, cut out the codes and hang each code at the right court. The print page is only accessible to logged-in club admins.
Refreshing codes
Has a code leaked or do you want to start with a clean slate? Use Refresh QR codes (rotate) in the same block. New codes are generated and the old printed codes stop working, so print them again if that happens.
