Yes. The Start plan is completely free with no time limit. You can run two events at once with up to 20 teams. An event with multiple levels counts as one. No credit card required.

The Start plan has no badges, credits or find-a-partner. Court planning and CSV import are not available either. Those features are part of the Plus plan.

You can upgrade instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Your data is always kept.

Yes. On a monthly plan you cancel month to month. On an annual plan your account returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period.

After every match played, Slams automatically recalculates the ratings of all players involved. The Slams algorithm factors in the strength of the opponent. Ratings sit on a scale from 7.0 to 10.0 and are shown as a graph on the player profile.

Badges are achievement awards that players earn automatically for milestones, like their first win or ten matches played. Credits are a reward system the club uses to recognise active players. Both are visible on the player profile and available from the Plus plan.

With find a partner, players can indicate they are looking for someone to play with. They set a preferred date, time and level. Other players in the same club can respond. Available from the Plus plan.

Yes, with the Pro plan you manage unlimited locations and up to 5 clubs from a single dashboard. Ideal for padel networks or organisations with several venues.

You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Participants pay when they sign up and the payment provider automatically pays the entry fee out to your account. You keep 100% of your entry fee: the player pays a 4% platform fee (minimum €0.95) as a separate line. Free registrations are always free, for everyone.
