Changing or cancelling your subscription

Change or cancel your Slams plan under Settings, on the Subscription tab. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and then drop back to Start.

You pay for your Slams plan monthly or yearly (Club or Growth). Want to switch to a different plan, update your billing details or cancel altogether? You handle all of that yourself in the dashboard. Nothing ties you down: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where do you manage this?

In the dashboard, go to Settings and open the Subscription tab. There you see your current plan, the limits and how long it runs. If you are on a paid plan, you will find a Manage subscription button. Only a club administrator (admin) can change or cancel the subscription.

Switching plans

Want to upgrade, for example from Club to Growth for multiple locations? Just pick the plan you want under Subscription and pay right away. You can pay monthly or yearly, and with a yearly subscription you pay two months less. The differences between the plans are listed in Plans and pricing.

Cancelling

You cancel through the Manage subscription button. It opens a secure page where you stop the subscription, update your billing details and payment method, and find your invoices. After you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your club automatically drops back to the free Start plan. Nothing is refunded automatically for the current period, you simply use it out.

What happens after you cancel?

Your account and all your data are kept. From the moment you drop back to Start, the Start limits apply again: up to two competitions active at the same time, up to 20 teams and one location. Existing events and results do not disappear. Want more room again later? You can upgrade again in a few clicks.

Note: two separate payments

Your Slams subscription (what you pay Slams) is separate from your connected payment provider (Mollie or Stripe) that you use to collect entry fees from players. Cancelling your plan does not affect that connection, and the 7% service fee on paid registrations always runs separately from your plan.

Are you on the free Start plan? Then there is nothing to cancel: that plan is free and simply stays in place.
