Company outing

A company outing
with padel.

A sporty team or staff day everyone joins in, even without experience. Pick a local club and Slams handles registrations, pairings and the live scoreboard automatically.

How does it work?

From idea to outing in three steps

  1. 1

Pick a club and set a date

Get in touch with a padel club in your area. The club books the courts and sets up the outing in Slams.

  2. 2

    Send colleagues the sign-up link

Everyone signs up through a link. No spreadsheet, no chasing email addresses. Optionally the system collects a contribution.

  3. 3

    Slams runs the afternoon

Pairings, schedule and live scoreboard. Scores from a phone, final standings ready for the prize ceremony. You focus on the fun.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, padel is one of the best company outings around. It is low-threshold, you are having fun within five minutes and everyone can join straight away, even colleagues who have never held a racket.

Absolutely. The Americano format rotates new partners every round, so beginners and advanced players simply play together. No one sits out and no one stands still.

From 8 to 80 colleagues. Count on one court per four participants: 16 colleagues = 4 courts, 24 colleagues = 6 courts. Split larger groups across time slots or courts.

An afternoon is ideal. An Americano with 16 colleagues on 4 courts takes around 3 to 4 hours, including the briefing, drinks and the prize ceremony.

The biggest cost is court hire: €20 to €35 per hour per indoor court. For a group of 20 colleagues, count on €800 to €1,300 total including drinks.

More and more clubs have indoor or covered courts, so an outing almost always goes ahead. Ask during the demo about affiliated indoor clubs in your area.

Yes. Share a sign-up link and optionally collect a contribution per person by card. Handy if colleagues chip in; if the company pays, just set the entry fee to zero.

No. Players enter scores from their phone and the scoreboard updates automatically on a screen. The moment the last round ends, the final standings are ready for the prize ceremony.

Yes. You do not need to be a padel expert. Slams handles the registration, the pairings, the schedule and the live scoreboard, so you can focus purely on the fun.
