This page brings together the questions we get most often, each with a link to the article where you'll find the full answer. Still stuck? At the bottom you'll read how to reach us directly.

Getting started

New to Slams? Start with what Slams is and creating an account. After that you'll quickly set up your first tournament or first ladder competition. Not sure about the setup? Read which format to choose or check the full format overview.

Participants and teams

You can add players, let them register themselves, or import a list via CSV. You'll also find how to create teams and replace an injured player here.

Registrations and payments

Share a registration link, set an entry fee and a deadline, and manage everything under managing registrations. For payments, connect a payment method (iDEAL via Mollie or Stripe). If a part fills up, the waiting list kicks in automatically.

Schedule and courts

Slams creates the schedule for you. You set up your courts and plan with the day planner. If matches overlap or you need to move something, take a look at overlapping matches and rescheduling matches.

Scores, standings and rating

You enter results via the dashboard, a per-match score-entry link, or a court QR code. See entering scores and correcting a result. The standings update automatically, and for competitive formats the DSS rating adjusts after each match. Note: the Americano family and league don't count toward the rating.

Sharing and visibility

Every club has its own club page. You can show the live schedule on a TV screen, embed your events on your own website, and control who sees what under visibility and access.

Account and subscription

You start for free on the Start plan. Need more? Check the plans and pricing, track your revenue in the finance overview, or read how to cancel your subscription.

Still stuck?

If your question isn't listed, browse all categories in the knowledge base. You can also reach us directly via the contact button in your dashboard, or take a look around in the demo first.
